Blood Transfusion Service Centre, Dadeldhura, resumes its service

On the occasion, Chairperson of the ISPAC, Japan, Yusaki Yoshikawa, assured for the continuity of the festival in days ahead. Similarly, Festival Coordinator and South Asia Representative of Asian Friendship Network (Japan), Ganeshman Lama, said that the festival was organised with the help of the Network, where children taking shelter at the orphanages had participated.The centre, located at Nepal Red Cross Society, Dadeldhura Branch, resumed its service after Amargadhi FM, Dadeldhura, organised blood donation programme on Wednesday on the occasion of its fifth anniversary. The blood donation programme was jointly organised by Amargadhi FM and Dadeldhura branch of Nepal Red Cross Society. A total of 20 pints of blood was collected.The closed Blood Transfusion Service Centre of Dadeldhura district has resumed its service from Wednesday. The centre was closed for the past two years after it faced blood shortage.
